The breakfast at this hotel is fantastic, with delicious Sicilian food and a great selection. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Taormina, close to main streets, restaurants, and bars. The views from the 6th floor are breathtaking, offering stunning vistas of the mainland, sea on both sides, Taormina, and the Antic Theatre. The staff at the swimming pool are attentive and take good care of guests. The panoramic view from the 7th floor is priceless.

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the town, just a minute's walk to the pedestrian street. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service and were always willing to assist with any requests. the room was comfortable and modern, with all the necessary amenities. the hotel provided great value for the price.

Although the room was comfortable, it was disappointing not to have a view. This was expected, as it was mentioned that rooms without a view were cheaper.

I had a wonderful time at Nh Collection. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They assisted me in securing a late dinner reservation, even at 11 pm on a Saturday night. The housekeeping team was excellent, ensuring my room was clean and tidy every day. The breakfast selection was impressive, with over 50 choices to satisfy any palate. Despite the rooms being a little dated, they were still very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, well designed, and very clean. The cleaning staff was polite and came twice a day. The hotel facilities, including the infinity pool and spa, were enjoyable, even in October. The breakfast had a variety of traditional Italian flavors and other dishes. The staff was extremely helpful and made our stay feel special, including a free room upgrade and a birthday surprise for my girlfriend.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to the main shopping and dining area as well as the cable car down to the beach. the staff at the hotel were exceptional, being friendly, efficient, and helpful. the room was amazing, with breathtaking views and it was spotless and well-maintained.

The room that we paid a higher rate for was quite bare, lacking amenities that were specified in the room rate. There seemed to be a preference for Italian guests, as they received better tables, service, and rooms.
