The hotel had a really friendly staff and great customer service skills. The room exceeded my expectations and I was pleasantly surprised. The location of the hotel was a plus as well, with convenient access to key attractions in the area.

The breakfast at the hotel was not a highlight. The eggs had salty cheese folded inside, which affected the taste and made them difficult to enjoy.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in the New Richmond area. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The attention to detail was evident in the clean and well-equipped rooms, which had a microwave, fridge, and hair dryer, providing great convenience. The location was ideal, with easy access to the downtown area and larger stores on the South end of town. Additionally, being near many attractions in the Wisconsin Indian Head area was a major plus. The breakfast was a highlight, with an awesome omelette that satisfied my morning cravings.

Upon arrival at Americinn By Wyndham, I experienced a reservation mix-up. However, the friendly front desk staff quickly resolved the issue and ensured I had a room. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and accommodated. The customer service provided by Erin and Michelle was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for their excellent customer service.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast had unique and delicious options, the location was perfect, the rooms were clean, and there was a hidden gem museum next door.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfast was outstanding with an omelette maker and waffle maker with strawberries and whipped cream. The pool area was fantastic with a hot tub and plenty of seating. The staff were friendly and even offered to carry our bags upstairs. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great Christmas stay! Breakfast was awesome with many options and the staff was very friendly. The location was perfect; close to shopping and attractions. We appreciated the complimentary amenities and the large room with a clean and cozy atmosphere.

The pool area needed a little attention as the whirlpool bottom was dirty. , the pillows were not comfortable and the noise coming from the fridge made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The location was great, with a walking path nearby for me and my dog. The breakfast was good with early serving times. The room had a fridge and microwave, which was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, even providing coloring books for my daughter. The pool area was spacious and clean.

The location was ideal, providing easy access to both the downtown area and larger stores on the South end of town. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a newly remodeled bathroom. The customer service was excellent and the breakfast had a nice variety of options. Additionally, the hotel boasted a fun basketball hoop in the pool area.

The hotel lacked an elevator, which made it difficult for elderly guests to get to their rooms.

This hotel is a great value for money! The attention to detail is impressive. Rooms come equipped with a microwave, fridge, and hair dryer. But the real standout is the breakfast. The omelette is awesome, and I appreciate the selection of quotes on the bananas. Additionally, the hotel's location is fantastic. It's close to downtown, the historical center, and the Farmers Market. Plus, it's near many of the attractions of the Wisconsin Indian Head area.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated having a fridge and microwave. The breakfast had a great variety of options, including a self-serve omelet maker and delicious toppings for the waffles. The hot tub was nice and hot, and the pool was just the right temperature. One housekeeper went above and beyond by offering to refrigerate containers of greens for a salad for the wedding. a wonderful stay!
