The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, really close to Jackson Square and within walking distance to anywhere in the area, including Frenchman Street. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The continental breakfast was nice, with croissants and tea.

The location of this hotel was excellent - just a short stroll to Frenchman Street with its excellent nightlife, and easily within walking distance to most of the French Quarter. The value for money could not be beat - close enough to walk anywhere you want to go, but not in the thick of it either. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well enough furnished for my journey back in time to be very comfortable.

As frequent visitors to New Orleans, we have stayed at various establishments in the French Quarter. However, Andrew Jackson Hotel will be our go-to from now on. The staff was incredibly friendly and we were impressed by the cleanliness of the entire hotel, including our room. The comfortable bed, beautiful chandeliers, hardwood floors, and stunning artwork further enhanced our stay. The highlight for me was the full-sized bathtub, where I enjoyed a relaxing hot bath every evening after exploring the Quarter. The location on the most picturesque street, just steps away from Jackson Square, was perfect.

The location of this property is amazing! Just one block from Bourbon on the more quiet end so if you want to get some drinks and walk around but still be able to go back to a quiet room it's perfect! Everything you could want in the French Quarter is never more than a few blocks in any direction. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The courtyard is shady and charming. We really enjoyed taking our breakfast in the courtyard in the mornings. Breakfast is served at whatever time you request before 10 am and consists of delicious, flaky croissants with butter and jelly and your choice of beverage.

This hotel has a lot going for it! the location is amazing - it's in a quieter area but still within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Plus, it's on lovely Royal street, which is a must-see. Secondly, the staff were fantastic - they were so helpful and really made us feel welcome. The basic amenities were all there and our room was always kept clean and tidy. Finally, the breakfast served was delicious with jam provided and it was included in our stay!

All was perfect, no complaints here!
