We had an amazing time at this place! The building was stunning and the reception staff were so friendly and helpful. They even reminded us about our checkout time, which was a nice touch. The extras like coffee, tea, cookies, and lemony water in the reception area were a lovely treat. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious, and the breakfast lady was wonderful. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The rooms were comfortable and cool, and we enjoyed the included wine and cheese in the afternoons. the staff were pleasant and the amenities were top-notch. We couldn't have asked for more!

We also appreciated the top-notch service, including the daily wine and cheese hour and the delicious breakfast. the highlight of our stay was the Christmas promotion, which featured Dickens era carolers singing throughout the building and a beautiful Christmas ornament as a gift. the bed was comfortable, and the room spacious, providing a cozy and festive atmosphere.

There were a couple of aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy during our stay. every morning at 6 o'clock, there was a loud noise that woke us up, possibly from the trash truck or cleaners.
