During our recent Christmas getaway, we had a wonderful experience at this charming inn. the location was absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant city market and surrounded by delightful bars and restaurants. We also appreciated the top-notch service, including the daily wine and cheese hour and the delicious breakfast. the highlight of our stay was the Christmas promotion, which featured Dickens era carolers singing throughout the building and a beautiful Christmas ornament as a gift. the bed was comfortable, and the room spacious, providing a cozy and festive atmosphere.

There were a couple of aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy during our stay. every morning at 6 o'clock, there was a loud noise that woke us up, possibly from the trash truck or cleaners.

As a family, we loved the comfortable and clean rooms, plus the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying nearby restaurants and attractions.

We particularly enjoyed the gourmet buffet breakfast and the wine and cheese hour each afternoon. the location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered a complimentary gym nearby and had freshly-baked cookies available in the lobby.

Our corner room was quite noisy, as the windows were not sound-proof and we could hear street noise throughout the night. the motion sensor light in the closet was also bothersome, as it would turn on even with the door shut.
