This historic hotel is located close to everything of interest in the city. It is very convenient to Oregon Shakespeare festival and all the restaurants in town. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the continental breakfast is excellent. The lobby is comfortable and elegant, and the hidden garden patio is beautiful.

The room is very small, and the Wi-Fi is weak, making it difficult to work online.

We loved our stay at this hotel with its perfect location, allowing us easy access to everything there. It was wonderful to be so right in downtown. The staff were kind and efficient with our needs, especially in the morning during check-out. The sitting area amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning added extra comfort to our stay. We also appreciated the restaurant and bar/lounge area for breakfast.

Our room was cozy and comfortable, and we were welcomed with hot coffee and tea. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were warm and provided us with a space heater. The Waterstone Spa connected with the hotel was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. we had a wonderful stay!

The hotel's location in the heartland of Downtown District allowed for easy access to all the theatrical events. The breakfast was fabulous, with delicious food and a bright and cheerful eating area. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and safety.

Despite being an old historic hotel, our room with a king bed was very comfy and had a great view of the mountains. The location was perfect, right in downtown and within walking distance to all the major attractions. The concierge was particularly helpful, providing us with insider tips and recommendations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The location was unbeatable, making it easy to explore downtown Ashland on foot. The restaurant, Larks, was a delightful surprise with its inventive dishes and exceptional flavors. We also appreciated the unique incentive of a $5 credit at the restaurant for skipping maid service. The views from our corner king room were breathtaking, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the bathtub sides being taller than usual and the hot dishes at breakfast being room temperature, we would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, comfort, and overall quality.

Worst aspects was the continental breakfast, with cold eggs and limited options. the lack of communication about reservations and the small and noisy room were also disappointing.
