As senior guests, we loved the fabulous breakfast with delicious quiche and roasted potatoes. The bright and cheerful eating area was a lovely way to start our day. The lobby, with its stunning fireplace, was the perfect spot to enjoy our coffee and engage in conversations with other hotel guests. The staff, especially Katie Joos, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety during our stay. We also enjoyed the festive Christmas decorations at the hotel and in downtown Ashland. The location of the hotel in the heart of the downtown district was convenient and made exploring the area a breeze. our stay at the Ashland Springs Hotel was truly memorable and we have made it our first destination spot on our journey south as Canadian snowbirds.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The location was unbeatable, making it easy to explore downtown Ashland on foot. The restaurant, Larks, was a delightful surprise with its inventive dishes and exceptional flavors. We also appreciated the unique incentive of a $5 credit at the restaurant for skipping maid service. The views from our corner king room were breathtaking, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the bathtub sides being taller than usual and the hot dishes at breakfast being room temperature, we would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, comfort, and overall quality.

One of the best aspects is the lovely decor of the hotel, which adds to the charm and character of the place. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the included continental breakfast is a great perk, providing a variety of delicious options to start your day.

The rooms can be quite small, which may feel cramped for some guests. Another disadvantage is the limited dining options, with the hotel restaurant only open for dinner and the catered lunches being disappointing.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in downtown Ashland for 5 nights. The staff were incredibly accommodating and pleasant, even helping us switch rooms when there was a mix up. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to the Shakespeare plays. The hotel itself was a beautiful historic building, with a cozy atmosphere and lovely decor. The free continental breakfast exceeded expectations and the on-site parking made things convenient. We even had the pleasure of dining at the outstanding Lark's restaurant located downstairs. Can recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel and we had a wonderful experience. The location was so convenient for exploring the downtown area and all the restaurants and shops were just a short walk away. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, especially Gigi the concierge who was very sweet. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a lovely garden area and facilities such as a spa and fitness center. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and a sitting area. There was also a nice restaurant and bar area where we enjoyed breakfast. the service at this hotel was excellent and we would highly recommend it.
