Loved the exceptional customer service! Luis and Dwayne were genuinely welcoming, making our stay quite enjoyable. The views from the 24th floor with complimentary coffee were a pleasant surprise!

While the accommodations were decent, the breakfast options disappointed. Arriving shortly before closing, most items were gone, and the restaurant service was painfully slow.

Consider checking if late-night snacks are available. they can be a lifesaver after a long day exploring the city.

the location was the only saving grace here. the breakfast lineup was an absolute joke, i mean who runs out of toast at breakfast? ! and the pool closed early, yet no one bothered to address our discomfort. i almost wrote a glowing review, but the lack of a complimentary room upgrade has soured my experience completely.

Pool area closing at 8pm is far too early!!! A single elevator being out definitely causes delays. more ice machines on floors would be appreciated!!! False advertising about the damage deposit is frustrating!!! Room maintenance needs attention, like a loose toilet paper handle and drippy shower!!!

The spacious two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family. We loved being so close to Brickell's vibrant scene and had fun enjoying mornings on the balcony with a view of the bay.

However, the breakfast options were quite limited and the kitchen area felt under-equipped. We faced delays with room service and had to keep asking for fresh towels, which was frustrating.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. Additionally, the refrigerator in the room was not functioning properly, which was disappointing for such a new hotel. The breakfast options were also extremely basic, lacking any fresh fruits or hot items, which was not what I expected for the price I paid.

The outdoor restaurant was awesome and the views were breathtaking. We loved the cozy room and stunning balcony. My only issue was the TV, which lost signal often, but overall it was totally chill.

Felt like it was our own home, nothing too much trouble.

atwell suites has a nice rooftop pool with stunning views, perfect for relaxing. the location is convenient, close to public transportation. i appreciated the efficient housekeeping, keeping everything clean during my stay. also, the that communication improved by the end of my visit made things easier for me.

check-in took longer than expected but the gym was impressive. plenty of equipment available and the pool area was nice too. loved the spacious rooms and amazing views. great location close to the metro station!
