Although the front desk clerks were polite and welcoming, noise from the top floor and ongoing lawn maintenance were noticeable. The room had a capable air conditioning unit and was reasonably priced, making it suitable for short visits. However, low water pressure and occasional cable issues could benefit from attention.

The staff were incredibly helpful during our stay, and the location made it easy to explore Augusta. However, the constant lawn maintenance and low water pressure were distracting.

Room was super clean and spacious—no creepy, falling-apart furniture! Got a great price for such a convenient location. The bed was a comfy dream, I could've stayed in it forever!

Had a bit of a circus going on outside with noisy traffic. And those lamps? A total game of hide and seek with the light switch!

During my stay, I was thrilled with how clean and spacious my King Room was—definitely felt like a great deal for the price! Plus, the location was so convenient for exploring local culinary gems. You can't miss the area’s amazing food scene!

However, I did experience a bit of a struggle with dusty corners and odd smells, and those broken curtains were a slight letdown. Plus, the soundproofing left much to be desired with cars rumbling by at all hours.

However, the constant lawn work was a bit of a nuisance, starting up early and interrupting the peace. The water pressure in the faucets left much to be desired, and I encountered occasional signal loss on the cable—definitely room for improvement. Don't expect soundproofing either. I could hear vehicles passing by and guests above moving around late into the night.

The double room had great amenities like air conditioning, a microwave, and a fridge. It also featured a private bathroom and a TV. I appreciated the alarm clock for waking up on time. The location was easy to navigate and the prices were reasonable. Spa facilities were a nice bonus too!

Request a lower floor to minimize noise from guests above. The air conditioning worked efficiently, providing a great escape from the heat.

The double room with two double beds was surprisingly clean, despite its dated decor. However, water pressure in the faucets was low, and I experienced cable signal issues. Additionally, frequent lawn maintenance during my stay created some disturbances. There were regional homemade food options available, which added a nice touch.
