The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the village and close to everything. It made it really easy to get around and explore the area during my business trip. the staff were friendly and helpful, they provided me with all the information I needed and made me feel welcome. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. It was a great way to start my day.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation. the decor was old-fashioned and the furniture was worn out.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, being close to all the shops, restaurants, and slopes. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and nice amenities. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day. I also enjoyed the cookies available throughout the day. a wonderful experience.

That the air conditioner in my room didn't fully cool the space, making it a bit uncomfortable during the unusually hot weather.

Wonderful location, we could walk everywhere in Vail! The breakfast was delicious every morning and they even had a little happy hour. The pool was a great touch too! Our room, although the view was of the air conditioning units, was comfortable and we didn't spend much time in it anyway.

The Austria Haus Hotel in Vail is a great pick for a getaway in the mountains. The location is perfect, right in the center of town, close to everything. You can easily walk to the slopes for a day of skiing or take a leisurely stroll around town. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, with attention to detail in the chalet decor. The king bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. And the best part is that breakfast is included, so you can start your day off right with a delicious meal.

It was perfect for us as old people who wanted to explore Vail Village and Lionshead on foot. The fact that it was a quick walk to the gondolas was a huge plus. We also appreciated the nicely updated and tastefully decorated rooms, with the added bonus of an in-room fireplace. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

We felt cared for at Austria Haus Hotel and had nothing to complain about.
