The managers reception was a pleasant surprise and the food served was delicious. The young lady who served us was very friendly and represented the hotel in a positive manner. The parking and entrance of the hotel were convenient, and the room and amenities provided were great. The best part was that we received an upgraded room at no additional cost, thanks to the accommodating management. I want to thank the front desk and housekeeping for their excellent service during our stay.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Livermore for a training conference. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us a late check-in and a later check out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spotless bathrooms. The breakfast was excellent and the manager personally bid us goodbye upon checking out. The hotel provided a bagged breakfast when we had to leave early. a positive and pleasing experience.

The location was close to our venue and the outlets, making it convenient for shopping. The breakfast was great, especially for families with young children who need to be somewhere early. Additionally, the availability of coffee and hot chocolate 24/7 was a nice touch.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't like about my stay. the room I was assigned was right next to a busy highway, and the noise from the traffic made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel has a great location close to the Outlet Mall, perfect for a staycation or last night before a flight from SFO. The provided breakfast consisting of a granola, an apple, and a Nutri-Grain bar was barely acceptable as a morning meal. We suggest the inclusion of prepackaged sandwiches or burritos to improve the quality and variety.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bay area and very close to the Premium outlet. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast with a lot of options, and a banquet in the evening. The facility is clean and staff were helpful. A great value for the price with nice amenities like fresh lemon water in the lobby.

The fitness center is basic and could be improved.
