The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The modern fixtures and updated design added a touch of luxury to my stay. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The rooftop bar and restaurant were amazing, and I loved taking advantage of the complimentary bikes to explore the area. The customer service throughout my stay was excellent and made me feel well taken care of.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. The room I was assigned was located directly below the rooftop bar, which meant I had to deal with the noise of chairs being moved late into the night, which disrupted my sleep.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with luxurious rooms and attentive and friendly staff. The location was fantastic, just across the street from the water and within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants.

The breakfast option could have been improved with a morning coffee service included, as it would have been nice to have a cup of coffee before heading down for breakfast.

The front desk staff, particularly Gregory, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about both the hotel and the surrounding areas. Gregory went above and beyond, even helping to locate my son when he wandered off. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of the main town, and the rooftop bar had amazing views of the water. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

The staff was fantastic and the room and outdoor scenery were beautiful. We loved the luxurious rooms and the friendly and attentive front desk staff. The food was delicious and the newly updated fixtures gave the hotel a modern feel. I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a prime location with an easy walk to Dunedin Main Street by the Intercostal Waterway. The hotel was well kept and clean, with comfortable beds and a spacious shower with a great shower head. The staff was helpful and welcoming, and there were plenty of dining options within walking distance. The proximity to the boardwalk and bike/walking trail was a bonus, and the rooftop bar provided fantastic sunset views.
