Superb dinner in the Berners Tavern. The restaurant had a beautiful, airy atmosphere with a high domed ceiling. The tables were well spaced and the food was excellent, with a delicious shoulder of lamb and fillet steaks that compared to those in Argentina. The sides were fresh and well cooked. The wine was also fine and the service was great. We had a wonderful dining experience and will definitely return. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The hotel offered modern and stylish accommodations, which were very comfortable during our business trip. the location was excellent, being centrally located near the theaters and Oxford Street, making it easy for us to enjoy both work and leisure activities. We were impressed with the attentive and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

There were a few minor issues that we encountered, but they were promptly resolved by the enthusiastic staff. the room decor could have been better, as we found some of the artwork to be a bit odd and not in line with the modern aesthetic of the hotel.

Had a romantic escape here and it was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel special throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and luxurious sheets. We also loved the rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed stunning views of the city skyline.

There were a few downsides. The lighting in the hotel was a bit dim, making it difficult to read or see properly.

The facilities provided by the hotel were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with many of the city's tourist attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service.

We were pleasantly surprised by the stylish and modern decor throughout the hotel. The lobby had a classy and unique design that immediately caught our attention. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The highlight of our stay was the delightful breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. We also appreciated the convenient location near Oxford Street and Chinatown, making it easy for us to indulge in both shopping and dining. Despite a minor issue with the view from our room, we were able to easily handle it by closing the curtains. we were highly satisfied with our stay at this hidden gem. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting London.

We stayed at a boutique luxury hotel just off Oxford Street, in a great area of London. The location was perfect, right in the center of all that is happening. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy king size bed and a power-shower in the bathroom. The service was friendly and professional, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The lobby bar and restaurant were also impressive, offering a variety of delicious options. it was a fantastic experience.

The wait time at the lobby bar for drinks was a bit long, which was a bit frustrating.

Super cool hotel, great restaurant, amazing location. Spanish lady called Isabella is seriously slick, sorts everything out and very attentive. Proper hustle and bustle, but in a very organized way. Impressive location if you have meetings.

Felt completely relaxed, no reason to complain.
