The staff at Avalon Hotel Beverly Hills were incredibly warm and welcoming. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a glass of champagne, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was stunning, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. We especially appreciated the Davines bath products, as we use them at home. The hotel's pool area had a charming decor, perfect for photo opportunities. The view from our room was also impressive, offering a nice retreat from the busy city. The convenience and cleanliness of the hotel were top-notch, and we felt very safe during our stay. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider returning to Avalon Hotel.

While our stay was mostly exceptional, the shower head had weak water pressure, which was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel upgraded my room and gave me a bottle of Prosecco for my wife's birthday. The rooms were clean, and the staff, especially the guy at the front desk, were very helpful. The location was perfect, and the food at the restaurant was top-notch. Additionally, the overall ambience and deco style of the hotel made me feel like I was truly in LA. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved that there was a speaker in the room to connect my phone.

The hotel provided easy access to all the popular spots in Beverly Hills and even allowed me to explore other areas of LA with convenient Uber rides. The staff at Avalon Hotel were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any needs. I particularly appreciated their helpfulness in providing recommendations and information about the local area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a motion sensor in the bathroom that turned off too quickly and small portions in the restaurant, the overall experience at Avalon Hotel Beverly Hills was wonderful. I would definitely choose to stay here again when I am in the area. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, unique atmosphere, and excellent staff.

Nice and hip with friendly staff. Card key issue, but otherwise clean room and comfortable bed. Cute restaurant by the pool, delicious but pricey breakfast. Good location with walking distance eateries and shops, but need a car to explore LA. Recommend.

This boutique hotel near Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive area combines retro charm with a cozy atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to fulfill your needs. Room service is quick and the food quality is superb, although tray retrieval could be improved. The parking staff is warm, efficient, and helpful, making you feel at home. The location is beautiful and convenient.

We enjoyed our romantic escape in the heart of Beverly Hills. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate-covered strawberries in the room upon arrival, as well as the free shuttle service to the nearby shopping and dining district. the hotel's proximity to the iconic Rodeo Drive and other popular attractions was definitely a plus. the pool area was also a nice spot to relax and unwind.

There were some visible signs of wear and tear in the bathroom, such as a faulty toilet flush and low water pressure. the room was also poorly insulated, and we could hear some noise from other guests.

Excellent upgrade, complimentary Prosecco, clean rooms, helpful staff, perfect location.

We had a fantastic stay at Avalon Hotel Beverly Hills, a member of Design Hotels. the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the vintage, old Hollywood vibe of the hotel, along with the modern amenities, created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Our room, designed by Kelly Wearstler, was spacious and beautifully decorated, with large windows offering stunning views of palm and banana trees. the location was also perfect, with a short walk to Beverly Hills center and a convenient supermarket nearby. This lovely experience has definitely made us eager to return on our next trip to Southern California.

My stay at this hotel was an amazing experience. The location in Beverly Hills on the edge of a residential neighborhood made it an ideal spot to relax and unwind. The service was impeccable, especially the room service and housekeeping, which were always prompt and efficient. One of the highlights was the welcome drink, which was a great start to my stay. The sitting area in the room was also comfortable and had all the amenities one could ask for, including a hair dryer and in-room safe.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in a great location, close to attractions and restaurants. Enjoyed the on-site amenities like the Nespresso machine in the room and the Peloton in the gym. The shower was amazing and often overlooked in hotels. Also loved the cool deco style and LA vibe of the hotel, especially hanging out by the pool.

The hotel could have provided complimentary bottles of water in the rooms and better consistency with water availability by the pool. Some days there was a water cooler, other days there wasn't.

The hotel was a short walk from the sightseeing bus. Beautiful area. Safe and helpful staff. Fun, plush decor. Comfortable bed. Amazing smelling hallways. Sweet check-in girl.
