As someone with physical handicaps, I really appreciated the breakfast sandwiches at Best Western Plus. They provided a substantial and energizing start to my day. The pool and hot tub were also fantastic, and we enjoyed night swimming every evening. The added touch of warm cookies at night was a delightful treat. The hotel is perfect for families and young people, with reasonable prices and clean, cozy rooms. The staff, particularly Kent, Steve, and Alicia, were incredibly warm and professional. They made us feel right at home. The location is also convenient, with nearby restaurants and a short walk to Capitola Village and the beach.

The breakfast here is outstanding! With a variety of options including waffles and even BOYSENBERRY SYRUP, it's hard to be disappointed. The rooms are equipped with lots of amenities, including a nice sink and counter outside of the bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the super convenient location close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and just a 12-minute walk to the beach. The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious with a fireplace, comfortable beds, and 2 bathrooms/vanities.

The location was excellent, with many shopping and dining options nearby. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a perfect Santa Cruz getaway.

The hotel was in a great location, close to a market, places to eat, and a short drive to the beach! . I really appreciated the fact that the hotel had parking, which made it convenient for me to come and go as I pleased. One of the best aspects of my stay was the breakfast. It was awesome to have a complimentary breakfast available every morning.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and left my back in pain for days. the staff in the breakfast area could have been nicer, and to make matters worse, the milk that was available was spoiled.
