I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The rooms were spacious and modern, with nice touches everywhere. The hotel was well maintained and very clean. I loved the location as well, with plenty of shops and a mall within walking distance. It felt safe with the need for a key to access the building, and the free parking was a great perk.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel located in the outskirts of the city. The service from the friendly staff was outstanding, including the housekeeping, laundry, and wake-up service. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a dining table. The terrace and garden furniture made for a relaxing atmosphere. We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a peaceful area outside the city. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the attentive housekeeping to the helpful wake-up service. We were impressed with the wide range of room amenities, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a beautiful terrace where we could relax and enjoy the garden furniture. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a dressing area and a dining table for added convenience. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious buffet for breakfast and the bar served refreshing cocktails in the evenings. The room was spacious and clean with a great breakfast and gym facilities. the hotel is conveniently located near many shops and restaurants, making it easy to find everything we needed nearby. Another advantage was the friendly and efficient staff who made check, in a breeze.

There were a few negatives to our stay. the TV and internet in our room were not working, despite the front desk's offer to assist.

A few scary incidents of guests being given access to other guests' rooms, uncomfortable creaky beds and poor-quality bedding, awkward placement of bathroom light switches outside the bathroom, and unfriendly customer service from some staff members.

While the location is quite distant from downtown, it's great being close to shopping areas and the concert venue. The property is well-maintained and the pool area is a great touch. The breakfast was quite filling, although bacon options were limited.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the constant noise of the elevator throughout the night made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.
