We loved the location, right next to Ontario Mills Mall, with easy access to eateries and recreational activities. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were impressive, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided a great variety of options, and the rooms were clean and beautiful.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional. I called ahead to request a high floor for my newborn and although they couldn't guarantee it, they were very professional and accommodating. During my stay, I had a minor issue and the staff resolved it promptly and with empathy. Derrick Aguilar even personally called me to apologize and find a solution. The staff's handling of the situation has ensured that I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and even better customer service.

The shuttle service is convenient and takes you anywhere within a 3-mile radius. The spacious and clean rooms have comfortable beds and a small fridge. The pleasant patio and pool area add to the overall enjoyment of the stay. The hotel's location is great, as it is within walking distance to a mall and restaurants. The breakfast is good, though the coffee could be improved.

The hotel was conveniently located near a popular shopping mall with plenty of dining options. the spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, and the friendly and attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

The air conditioning in our room was not ideal. It only cooled one side of the room, leaving the other side uncomfortably warm.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great customer service throughout my stay. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby stores and fast food options. Additionally, the hotel offered a shuttle service within a 3-mile radius, making it convenient to get around.

One downside was the lack of room selection upon arrival. Not having the ability to choose the floor or specific room was disappointing.

The breakfast was okay. The location was nice. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect location. There are a plethora of restaurants nearby and the Ontario Mills Mall is within walking distance.
