not only was the pool CLOSED, no one even bothered to inform guests, but my room had old food in the fridge, how disgusting! Oh, and I was counting on at least a welcome gift for all my troubles, but no. I almost thought I woudl give a good review, but I just couldn't.

Consider requesting a room with in-room kitchenette facilities if you prefer more cooking options during your stay.

Spacious room with a kitchenette was a delight. The breakfast selection was ample. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location was convenient for exploring the area (many shops nearby).

However, the noise from other guests could be bothersome at times (especially in the evening). An additional focus on the cleanliness of the breakfast area would enhance the experience.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Lebanon and really enjoyed my time there! The King Room I booked was spacious and equipped with all the comforts I needed, like a coffee maker and daily housekeeping. Plus, I appreciated the warm breakfast options each morning, which started my day off right.

It would be great if noise control was a bit stricter to ensure a restful stay.

The hotel was quite busy due to a

youth soccer tournament, but the staff handled the situation impressively. It was nice to see how they managed noise levels while accommodating families. I appreciated the special attention they gave to breakfast, making it enjoyable for everyone. However, some serious upgrades to the pool area would be great.

Comfortable room, spacious bathroom, with great breakfast options and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable, and the nearby express check-in and free parking made it so convenient to explore the area.

Creaky floors lead to noise disturbances!!! Closed pool without prior notice!!! Unfilled bathroom amenities upon arrival were a letdown!!! Management needs to enforce stricter rules to minimize noise from other guests!!!

Had a comfy room with a kitchenette, but breakfast options could’ve used more variety. Chur for the friendly staff who managed the kids’ noise well!
