We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious and there was a beautiful patio outside where we could enjoy our meal surrounded by gorgeous plants and a lovely fountain. The hotel's location right in the middle of the Ontario Mills outlet mall was perfect, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We loved the heated pool and spa in January, right next to the mega mall. The lobby had a classy living room decor and a covered portico that protected us from rain while unloading bags. The rooms were spacious with giant TVs, coffee makers, microwaves, sinks, and fridges. The jetted tub was deep enough to actually use. The hotel had a gym and the staff, especially the young lady at the front desk, were friendly and informative. The breakfast was great, with a person serving and strong wifi for streaming shows on the TV.
