The friendly and helpful staff will always make sure to grant your requests and kindly remind you of your upcoming accommodations. Excellent customer service from Beth who held the room until my husband sent his card information. Enjoy a Western-style lobby and good location for your stay.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel right at home. the owners were always available to chat and provide helpful suggestions for places to eat and visit. Having 24-hour coffee and beverages available was a nice touch, especially during the holiday season. the beautiful foyer with the fireplace and mountain views added to the cozy and inviting atmosphere.

There were a few downsides to our stay. We had requested a ground floor room due to mobility issues, but were given a room on an upper floor.

The room had a small fridge and microwave which was convenient. the location was great, just a short walk to the town center and restaurants. the view from the chairs outside the room was nice and relaxing.

The TV wasn't working and there was no coffee maker in the room.
