We recently stayed at the Azalea Inn and Villas, and it was a wonderful experience! Each morning featured a different breakfast served in the dining room, which was not only delicious but also gave us the energy to explore Savannah. The inn is an impeccably restored 1880s home located in the historic district, just a short walk from the beautiful Forsyth Square. The staff provided us with an informative map and great recommendations for local dining and sights. At the end of the day, we enjoyed unwinding with complementary sherry by the lovely courtyard pool, surrounded by lush vegetation. We truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, as the property was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We had no major issues during our stay.

We booked the Wisteria Cottage—lekker privacy and super clean. Those hot brekkie sandwiches for our airport run? Just a cherry on top! The staff is chilled, felt like family, and the 5 pm snacks were proper stunning!

Only snag was the stairs—in a bit of a tight spot if you're not so nimble!

i had a great stay in savannah, and this place exceeded my expectations with amazing breakfast choices like jazzy sausage and creme brulee french toast. the atmosphere was cozy and the staff was genuinely helpful, providing valuable tips for local dining. it's a perfect budget-friendly option for a relaxing getaway.

Room layout could benefit from updates for improved privacy specifically near restroom areas. Additionally the experience was occasionally disrupted by outside noise which slightly detracted from the tranquility of the stay

Staying in that villa was quite something! The modern decor was stunning, and the balcony view felt like a painting. Plus, the staff truly went out of their way to make our stay special—it felt like home!

But really, chores on vacation? Stripping beds and taking out the trash felt more like adulting than relaxing! What’s next, vacuuming the villa?

disappointment with room assignment

Had a fantastic group trip here! The desserts each evening were a nice surprise. We visited Crystal Beer Palace for dinner and took an architectural walking tour, both were great recommendations. The breakfast menu was flexible and the staff were super accommodating during our stay. Overall, it definitely felt like a cozy, historical retreat.

One downside was the room we stayed in could use some updates, as it felt a bit worn down.
