We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the room was really comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the indoor and outdoor pools, were beautiful. The location was perfect, just up the road from the Ridges Reserve with nearby trails, Ridge Lights and Nature Center, offering spectacular views. It was also a good place to rest up and visit some great art galleries in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved the cozy fireplace and the well-equipped kitchen. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the location was perfect for a romantic escape, offering peaceful views of the lake and easy access to art galleries in the area. the experience was amazing and we can't wait to come back.

The fireplace in our room didn't work properly, which was a bit disappointing as we were looking forward to cozy evenings by the fire. Additionally, the sidewalk outside our door was extremely icy, posing a safety hazard.
