the management and staff went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I had a comfortable and stress-free stay. They were incredibly supportive during a difficult time, as we were there to attend my wife's funeral. Every request we had was promptly taken care of with a warm smile, and they even allowed my dogs to stay with us in the room. the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I can't recommend this hotel enough for its outstanding service and hospitality.

The location was perfect, as it was close to all the restaurants in the area and very near to the stunning Colorado National Monument. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Additionally, the parking was convenient and the transportation options were readily available. this hotel provided everything I was looking for in a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The TV volume was inconsistent, sometimes too loud and other times too low. The mattress in our room could use a replacement as it caused a water bed effect when one person moved.

Stayed at this lovely hotel for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, within walking distance to downtown Fruita. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The recently upgraded rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast spread looked delicious. We usually stay at other chain hotels in the area, but after this experience, we'll definitely be staying here from now on. Best value for money, friendly staff, and immaculate rooms!

We had an amazing stay at this quaint, family-owned motel. the room was spotless, with no dirt even in the corners. the check-in process was easy and the owner was friendly. the rooms were beautifully remodeled, with hardwood floors, a mini fridge, and a coffee maker. Despite being close to a train, it was surprisingly quiet. the motel also offered free WiFi and a delicious continental breakfast. With all these amenities, it's hard to believe the price was only $72 including tax. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
