The room at BBR was comfortable and spacious, perfect for a business traveler. The cafe downstairs offered fair prices for a quick coffee pickup.

I recently stayed at Balboa Bay Resort for our tenth anniversary celebration. The rooms were impeccably clean and the complimentary shampoo and conditioner had the most incredible grapefruit scent. The staff went above and beyond, even creating a framed welcome sign for us. We loved the on-site cafe and gastropub, with their trendy menus and decor. The overall position, comfort, and facilities of the hotel were top-notch.

Great hotel! the location is amazing, with stunning views of the bay day and night. the staff was very accommodating and made sure our stay was enjoyable. the hotel itself is modern and updated, with great service from the employees. the room we stayed in had a fantastic view and we were really impressed with the level of service provided.

The only real disappointment was the Waterline restaurant. It was extremely noisy and there was an obnoxious table inside that made everyone move outside.

The overall position, comfort, and facilities were excellent. The room exceeded our expectations and the staff, particularly Chuy at the Waterline and Branislav at the pool, provided outstanding service. The Bay View rooms were fantastic. Renting a Duffy boat was a highlight, and the room service even provided Champagne and appetizers.

Balboa Bay Resort offered great value for the money spent, with a wonderful room and a beautiful location on the marina. The staff treated us exceptionally well, making our 20th anniversary even more special.

We stayed at a hotel on the waterway, with impressive yachts in sight. The location was okay, around 7 minutes to the pier, but a bit of a distance from Fashion Island. The room was spacious, with luxurious bathroom and well-appointed amenities. Staff members were gracious and accommodating, but breakfast service was slow. The marina view rooms had private balconies.

The noise level in the hotel was unbearable. The sounds of 80's rock music kept us up all night.

I was amazed by the spaciousness and beauty of our corner suite at Balboa Bay Resort. The two balconies offered breathtaking views of the marina, and the room itself was filled with luxurious amenities. The comfortable bedding and excellent room service made our stay even more enjoyable. The service at the pool, particularly from Lynn, was exceptional. The saltwater pool was a great bonus, and the poolside service added to the overall relaxation. The gastronomic pub food, along with the music and service, was excellent. The staff, in general, was pleasant and helpful, making our experience even better.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and shopping mall. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the Christmas decorations added a festive touch. I also appreciated the valet parking service and the option to have my luggage taken to my room. it was a cozy and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was beautiful, right on the bay, with stunning views of the marina and big boats. The hotel facilities, such as the saltwater pool and poolside service, were top-notch. The staff was welcoming, pleasant, and always ready to assist. We especially appreciated the quick check-in process and the complimentary bottle of wine in our room's fridge. The beds and pillows were all down, clean, and extremely comfortable. this hotel provided the perfect setting for a dream mini-vacation.
