The breakfast selection was tasty and plentiful, perfect for fueling my adventures! I absolutely loved lounging by the outdoor pool with a view, soaking up the sun. Every evening was a joy, enjoying the charcuterie board on the raised gazebo, just watching the boats come in!

Perfect spot near historic downtown

Super friendly staff and super comfy rooms! Loved that it was an easy walk to restaurants and galleries. The breakfast was a nice touch and the snacks in the evening were a bonus. Parking was secure, which I appreciated. Just wish the check-in area didn’t smell so musty. really nice place!

Breakfast exceeded expectations; it was a hearty spread, a welcome surprise. the room had a musty smell, and the bed was uncomfortable, disrupting our stay. We encountered issues with the door fob, causing unnecessary frustration upon check-in. Staff were friendly and helpful, but they couldn’t resolve all the concerns. The ambiance is charming, but maintenance is needed. Great potential here, but a few adjustments could significantly enhance the experience. Recommended for its location and views, but be prepared for some inconveniences.

Perfectly situated near all the historic attractions and waterfront

During my stay I found myself just a few steps from incredible restaurants and attractions like the Castillo de San Marcos and St George Street all within walking distance which made exploring the historic district a breeze and, with lovely views of the marina, I enjoyed my evenings relaxing by the bay and watching the boats go by while sipping a glass of wine on the balcony which was a fantastic way to wind down after a day full of adventure but I did notice that the hotel could benefit from a bit of updating in terms of decor and amenities.

I have frequented Bayfront Inn for years, enjoying the friendly staff and serene marina views. While the room was a bit dated with mold, the location near downtown and helpful service made up for it. Having a young man assist with breakfast was a lovely touch.

Charming stay with great location

Bayfront Inn in St Augustine offers a cozy atmosphere with spacious rooms and stunning sea views. The staff, particularly Lavetta, were exceptionally helpful. The tasty breakfast and free afternoon snacks were delightful. Plus, the prime location made exploring the historic district a breeze!

Upon entering our room at the Bayfront Inn, I was pleased to see a flat-screen TV and a cozy sitting area where we could relax after a day of exploring. The parquet floor added a touch of charm to the room, and the housekeeping staff kept it fairly tidy during our stay. there were a few areas that could be improved. The air conditioning unit was quite loud, which disturbed our sleep a bit, but thankfully we had earplugs to help dull the noise. The lack of variety in the coffee provided in the room was a downside for us coffee lovers, as we prefer a stronger blend than the medium one offered. We ended up having to stroll over to the lobby for a cup of our preferred brew each morning. the room itself was on the smaller side with limited space for toiletries. It would have been more convenient to have designated areas where we could place our personal items instead of rummaging through our bags each morning. the garden furniture outside was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful views of the river and Anastasia Island. The free toiletries provided were a thoughtful inclusion, and the AM/FM alarm clock was handy for waking up on time to start our day of exploration.

Temperature control was effective, keeping the room cozy. Walls were thin, making it easy to hear neighbors. While our stay involved a bit of noise, the staff quickly addressed the issues. Breakfast offered a decent selection, and having free parking was a nice perk. The location was superb, just a short walk to shops and dining, but the room's view could have been better for the price.
