my stay at crowne plaza was great! the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom filled with essentials. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. i also loved the fitness facilities to keep me energized during my trip.

We enjoyed our stay due to the hotel's prime location next to Whole Foods and just a 15-minute walk from the bustling Fulton Market street, where we found plenty of great restaurants. The proximity to Interstate 94 made traveling across town a breeze. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the modern gym facilities.

However, the parking fees felt a bit high at $49 per night.

The room was comfy, heaps spacious, but the sliding door and outdated AC were a bit of a bummer. The staff were friendly and helpful, so that made up for it!

Fabulous location, super close to fantastic restaurants and shops! My room was comfy with a lovely daily clean up that felt like a mini luxury. The cozy bed made me feel like royalty!

However, that extra hold on my credit card felt like a surprise party I didn't sign up for! Also, paying for my kiddo's breakfast? That’s a breakfast flop, darling!

However, there were notable cleanliness issues with the bedding and a lack of attention to maintenance in the rooms. My stay at the hotel was nothing short of fabulous! I absolutely loved the corner balcony views of Chicago's skyline, which were breathtaking. The sleek and modern room design made me feel like I was in a trendy getaway!
