Great family-friendly spot

We loved how clean and comfy everything was! The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was tasty. It was just a quick drive to the University of Iowa, which was perfect for us. The pool was a bit crowded and the towels were kinda rough. Had a minor issue with one dog-friendly room not being properly cleaned.

My family and I recently stayed at Surestay Plus Hotel in Coralville for two nights. Our spacious room was filled with natural light and had lovely furnishings. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Matt, Matt, and Jacob/Jesse, who provided excellent service. The coffee at breakfast was delicious and overall, our stay was pleasant.

Totally recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed the complimentary coffee pod in the room and the breakfast offered was a nice touch. the hotel's location was convenient and easy to get to. the bed was comfortable and made for a good night's sleep.

The hallway could use some vacuuming and the tub in our room was quite stained. There was some dust in the room that could have been taken care of.
