My family and I recently stayed at Surestay Plus Hotel in Coralville for two nights. Our spacious room was filled with natural light and had lovely furnishings. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Matt, Matt, and Jacob/Jesse, who provided excellent service. The coffee at breakfast was delicious and overall, our stay was pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, near a shopping area, restaurants, and hospitals. We appreciated the room amenities like the ironing facilities and air conditioning. The leisure facilities were fantastic, including the indoor swimming pool and sun loungers. We also appreciated the 24-hour room service and the friendly staff who accommodated our request for an early check-in.

We enjoyed the complimentary coffee pod in the room and the breakfast offered was a nice touch. The hotel's location was convenient and easy to get to. the bed was comfortable and made for a good night's sleep.

The hallway could use some vacuuming and the tub in our room was quite stained. There was some dust in the room that could have been taken care of.

The hotel had a great location, being close to restaurants, a shopping area, a hospital, and a huge public dog park. The staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable, with basic amenities and a kitchenette, which was very convenient. Breakfast was included, which was a nice touch.
