We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Mackinaw City. the staff at Baymont were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we called the front desk, they responded promptly to our requests. It was impressive how attentive and efficient they were. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance to the Mackinaw outdoor mall and the ferry shuttles. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast provided a good variety of options.

The location of this hotel was excellent for accessing the ferries to Mackinac Island and all the other attractions of Mackinaw City. It was easy to find and within walking distance to the town. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel was cleaned everyday and our room was restocked with fresh towels, coffee, and all the amenities we needed. They even allowed easy access to the bed for my wife, who is in a wheelchair. The rooms were clean, attractive, and had nice settings. We loved the fact that they had rooms with a king-size bed, which made our stay very comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was the best we've ever had at a hotel of this level. It had a good selection, although the egg options could have been better.

However, the hotel staff promptly resolved the issue and worked diligently with our credit card companies to rectify the situation. The comfort of the bed and pillows provided a restful sleep, and the location was ideal, just a short walk to the marina and a variety of shops and restaurants. The hotel maintained excellent cleanliness standards, which was especially reassuring during these times.

We stayed at Baymont for a weekend getaway to Mackinac Island. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to Shepler's Ferry. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff kindly arranged a ground floor room for us. We loved the convenience of a little path behind the hotel that led to the mall area and downtown. The hot tub was a nice bonus, and the TV worked well. The breakfast, though simple, was satisfying and the dining area was clean. it was an affordable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near shopping and the ferry service. It was just a quick walk through the parking lot and another store's lot to get to the main street. the staff were all very helpful and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. the pool was clean and refreshing, and the hot tub was a welcome treat after a long day of walking. Additionally, the breakfast bar had a good variety of options to start our mornings.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the price of the hotel felt a bit high for what was offered.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location by the port whith the ferry to Mackinac Island was really convenient for our trip. We were impressed with the service room service, housekeeping, and wake up service - everything was top-notch! Our room amenities, including ironing facilities and a refrigerator, were very helpful. Plus, the television and am/fm alarm clock made us feel at home. The dining continental breakfast in the morning was delicious, and we loved the variety of food options. The staff at check-out were friendly and helpful, making the end of our stay stress-free.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our trip to the city. It was within walking distance of all the attractions and the ferry shuttle to the island was right outside the door. the rooms were clean and spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and a great way to start the day.

One downside of our stay was that our room did not have a refrigerator or a microwave, which was inconvenient as we stayed during the off-season and had limited food choices. Additionally, the customer service was lacking, as our request for a softer mattress was completely ignored and we had to keep following up with the desk staff.

The hotel's location is away from the bustling strip, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The WiFi worked well, and the room with a jacuzzi had a great setup. The new hotel was clean and comfortable, with a quiet and automated heater. The free breakfast had good quality and the parking permit was convenient.
