From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. the staff was friendly and prompt in addressing any questions or concerns we had. the cleanliness of the property was exceptional, and the included breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options. the proximity to shopping and restaurants was also a convenient bonus. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Residence Inn.

I recently had a fantastic winter vacation at this hotel and I must say, the service and attention to detail were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and the free breakfast every morning was a great added bonus. The food was not only delicious, but there was also plenty of it to start our day off right. The hotel's location was perfect, right near all the attractions, stores, and restaurants. We were able to explore everything North Conway has to offer without any hassle. The rooms were cozy, with a lovely gas fireplace at the end of the hall, and had all the basic amenities we needed. I also appreciated having a kitchen in the room, which made our stay even more convenient. I was thoroughly impressed with the value for money and the many amenities this hotel had to offer.

To be honest, I couldn't find anything that needed improvement during my stay. Everything was up to par and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel.

Loved the spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen and comfy bed. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location for exploring the nearby White Mountain Forest and Mt. Washington.

Arrived at 3:30 pm and had to wait until after 4 pm for our room to be ready, which was quite frustrating. the young girls at the check-in desk were rude and lacked social skills.

I stayed at Residence Inn for a weekend getaway to Storyland and Santa's Village. The location was perfect, close to both attractions and a short drive to downtown North Conway. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I appreciated the option of gluten-free bagels for breakfast and the convenience of the laundry area. The pool, spa, and exercise room were relaxing amenities. a great stay and I will definitely return.

Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near various attractions and activities, making it easy to explore the area. Lastly, the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

The parking lot was often crowded, making it difficult to find a spot. Additionally, the signage for the hotel's driveway was not clearly marked, causing some confusion upon arrival.

The staff were attentive and nice. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fresh, hot, and had gluten-free options. The location was central and convenient for visiting downtown and hiking spots. There was a cozy fireplace where friends gathered to drink apple cider.
