The value for our money was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, right off the freeway and near popular restaurants. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, with Leigha and Randy providing great customer service. They greeted us with smiles and even offered us delicious homemade cookies. the hotel lobby was beautifully decorated and spacious, creating a pleasant atmosphere upon arrival.

The overall condition of the hotel could be improved. The walls seemed to have an unpleasant appearance, resembling a prison.

I recently stayed at Baymont in London for a week-long vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The highlight was the delicious hot breakfast, offering a wide variety of choices. As a special touch, they even gave us personalized water bottles upon check-out.

Despite a few minor hiccups like running out of biscuits during breakfast, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and professional, making me feel welcome. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of hot and cold options, as well as fruit. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling along this route.

Despite these positives, I did find the amount of doors in the interior room a bit frustrating. However, this may not be an issue in an exterior room.

Although the hotel is a bit dated, it was still a comfortable place to stay for the night. the staff even gave us a little snack upon arrival and a bottle of water at checkout, which was a nice touch. the hot breakfast in the morning was also a plus, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

Maintenance issues including broken stairs and a broken shower were not resolved after a complaint.

When we arrived at the hotel, the cleanliness was noticeable and refreshing. the staff at the front desk were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my disability needs. We were given Room 223, which was impeccably cleaned by the diligent Room Attendant, Bobbie. the Breakfast Attendant was attentive in ensuring that the food and coffee were constantly replenished. Having worked in a hotel myself, I was truly impressed with our stay. We look forward to returning in the future.
