The value for our money was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, right off the freeway and near popular restaurants. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, with Leigha and Randy providing great customer service. They greeted us with smiles and even offered us delicious homemade cookies. the hotel lobby was beautifully decorated and spacious, creating a pleasant atmosphere upon arrival.

The overall condition of the hotel could be improved. The walls seemed to have an unpleasant appearance, resembling a prison.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and professional, making me feel welcome. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of hot and cold options, as well as fruit. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling along this route.

Despite these positives, I did find the amount of doors in the interior room a bit frustrating. However, this may not be an issue in an exterior room.

It's also easily accessible from I75. Although the hotel is a bit dated, it was still a comfortable place to stay for the night. The staff even gave us a little snack upon arrival and a bottle of water at checkout, which was a nice touch. The hot breakfast in the morning was also a plus, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

The staff at Baymont were excellent, very friendly. We enjoyed a satisfying breakfast before packing up. The pool, though small, was clean and warm, providing a relaxing experience.

Maintenance issues including broken stairs and a broken shower were not resolved after a complaint.

When we arrived at the hotel, the cleanliness was noticeable and refreshing. The staff at the front desk were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my disability needs. We were given Room 223, which was impeccably cleaned by the diligent Room Attendant, Bobbie. The Breakfast Attendant was attentive in ensuring that the food and coffee were constantly replenished. Having worked in a hotel myself, I was truly impressed with our stay. We look forward to returning in the future.

One minor issue was that we missed the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. However, there were some disappointing aspects of our stay.
