As a frequent traveler, I found the Westin Long Beach to be a convenient transit stop during my travels, being just 15 km away from the lively city of Long Beach. The contemporary decor and well-appointed rooms with stunning area views made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Despite the excellent amenities, I was surprised by the unexpected paid parking for hotel guests. Complimentary parking should be a standard offering for guests staying at a 4-star property like the Westin Long Beach.

Upon arrival at The Westin Long Beach, my partner and I were delighted with the warm welcome and the thoughtful upgrade to a beautifully appointed room. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the contemporary decor added a touch of elegance to our anniversary celebration. The personalized service at the cocktail bar and the proximity to local attractions made our stay truly memorable.

The room service experience left much to be desired, as the food quality did not live up to the hotel's standard. the non-functional tub was a minor inconvenience that could have been addressed promptly for an even more enjoyable stay.

The Westin Long Beach offers incredible views, comfortable beds, a family-friendly atmosphere, and a rooftop pool. The staff and location are amazing, with great food and drinks.

Location is great! The hotel is situated in a convenient area, close to attractions and amenities. Plus, the staff is amazing! They are friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The customer service is top-notch and truly made the stay enjoyable.

There were a few disappointing things during the stay. the prepayment policy was not clearly communicated, leading to confusion and unexpected charges.

This hotel is in a good area of the city, with easy access to everything Long Beach has to offer. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious with a King Size bed and a beautiful view of the city. The basic amenities are all there, and the bathroom is great.

I was able to easily visit the nearby convention center and marina with its great selection of shops and restaurants. The staff here provided over the top service, always being friendly and helpful. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like an in-room safe, ironing facilities, and a sitting area. The hotel also offered a variety of dining options, including a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. I was impressed by the quality of service and the convenient location of this place.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the security personnel who assisted us in a time of need.

The parking area had a "park at your own risk" policy, which made us uneasy about leaving our belongings behind.
