The staff was very helpful and kind. The location is perfect if you want to go to the beach every day or have a car. The rooms are absolutely clean and the beds are comfortable. The pool area is nice and we enjoyed using it every evening. The hotel is not loud, which we really liked. The parking is convenient and you can stay with your car next to your room.

One downside was the lack of storage space in the bathroom. There was nowhere to put our shampoo and conditioner, so we had to balance them on the edge of the shower.

The wifi was unreliable and the noise from the nearby road was quite bothersome. Additionally, the ongoing construction meant that we had to walk a couple of blocks to reach the beach.

The location of Beach Place was fantastic, just a short walk across to the beach. I loved that they provided beach chairs and sun shades for guests to use free of charge. The room itself was well furnished with a comfortable bed and all the necessary facilities like a coffee maker, fridge, and hair dryer. The staff, especially the lady at the front desk, were super friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the ample free parking both at the front and rear of the property.

One drawback was that the walls and windows were thin, so I could hear the noise from the busy street outside and the pool area. Additionally, the pool didn't seem to be clean and the water was milky with hair floating in it.

What a great stay we had! This hotel was perfect for us, only a short walk to the beautiful beach and also in a quiet area without any noisy bars. The basic amenities were provided in our clean and comfy room, complete with leaving towels for only 2 guests. We were pleased to see breakfast included in our already-low rate, served by a friendly staff.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, from check-in to getting extra towels. Plus, there were no bugs in sight, providing a clean and comfortable environment.

Couldn't stay longer.

It offers a bit of old Florida charm and is just the right size, making it easy to get around. the staff were very nice and the beds were quite comfortable. I especially enjoyed the great beach and the main pool. There's also a smaller adults-only pool, although it is located next to a small playground, so you can sometimes hear kids nearby. it was a great place to relax or use as a base if you have a car. Parking was convenient as well.
