I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect - very close to the lake and centralized to mostly everything, making it very accessible. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. I also loved that I could easily park my car and explore the area.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the cozy cabin atmosphere and the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. the fireplace added a warm and festive touch to our holiday experience. Additionally, the proximity of the cabin to the main attractions and activities in the area was convenient and allowed us to easily explore and enjoy everything the location had to offer.

We were disappointed with the lack of air conditioning in the cabin. It made the upstairs area uncomfortably hot, especially during the warmer days.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the cabins at Bear Creek Resort. The beds were huge, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The location was convenient, with the Alpine snow village and the Villages within walking distance.

We really got great value for our money at Bear Creek Resort in Big Bear Lake. The room was fantastic, spacious, clean, and had a romantic and cozy wood-burning fireplace. The location was ideal, with hiking trails nearby, a walkable distance to the lake, stores, and activities. Plus, the staff was exceptional, being attentive and very polite. We would definitely come back again and recommend it to our friends.

We had a fantastic stay at Bear Creek Resort! The cabin was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of six. Our kids had a blast in the playground, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise with delicious homemade waffles and bagels. The location was convenient, close to the village and the lake. We can't wait to come back and will definitely recommend Bear Creek to everyone!

The room was spacious with a comfortable King bed and a beautiful fireplace. It had a useful closet and a bench for luggage. The room had a new refrigerator and a microwave. Access to the room was convenient with a code. Plenty of parking available. Mexican restaurant and bakery across the street. Close to the lake. Recommended for families, friends, or couples.

Had a great time during xmas at this hotel. the recently renovated cabins were beautifully done and very clean. Loved that everything we needed was provided in the kitchen, and the sofa couch was surprisingly comfortable. the location was perfect, close to the lake and the downtown area. Also, the staff was very friendly and provided excellent personal service.

Although the cabin was clean, we did notice that the towels were old and faded. Additionally, the pool was empty during our stay, which was disappointing as we were hoping to take a swim.

The last-minute check-in was smooth. The upgraded studio had a private yard and jacuzzi. The room was cute, private, and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location near a Mexican restaurant and liquor store.

Couldn't stay longer

The 2-story cottage had great rates and was close to Alpine snow village. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. Walking distance to a delicious Mexican restaurant. a fantastic trip with plans to return in the summer for more fun.

Our stay at Bear Creek Resort in Big Bear Lake was amazing! The value for our money was great and the cabin we stayed in, Cabin 10, was superb. The location was perfect, surrounded by nature, and the staff, especially Heather, were very nice and helpful.
