Warm hosts made the experience feel like family time. Breakfast was a culinary delight featuring delicious pecan French toast and there were homemade cookies in the room, making for a cozy stay.

A cozy stay in a charming house, highlighted by the gracious hospitality of Lorraine and Jan. The Blue Room offered comfort, adorned with fresh roses and a never-ending supply of homemade chocolate chip cookies, making for a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was a culinary delight, featuring pecan French toast and cheddar bacon souffle, while complimentary snacks and drinks were plentiful. However, access to our room required climbing stairs, which might be challenging for some guests.

I stayed for three nights in a Deluxe Double Room. Breakfast was five star. Lori and Jan provided marvelous meals and delightful conversations. The cozy atmosphere and attention to guest needs made me feel at home. I highly recommend this charming place for a pleasurable retreat.

Stairs to the room can be a hassle for some guests!!! It's disappointing that the cookies weren't fresh and that the coffee options are limited. A little renovation to modernize would go a long way!!!

this place is a tragedy, with stairs to the room that are absolutely NOT for the faint of heart. missed the cookie delivery too, they were like stale relics from the past. i expected a room upgrade, but was treated like just another face in the crowd. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Hosts were incredibly welcoming and made the stay feel personal. The bed, unfortunately, was creaky and worn out. Breakfast was tasty, with a chance to chat with other guests.

i had an amazing birthday getaway at this charming b&b. my previous visit to galena was good, but this stay exceeded my expectations with incredible breakfasts and warm hospitality. the homemade cookies and cozy atmosphere made our celebration even more special.

From the moment we arrived, Jan and Lorraine treated us like family in their beautiful mansion. We indulged in the amazing pecan french toast, and their warmth truly made our stay unforgettable.
