We got amazing value for our money at this stylish boutique hotel. The room was spacious, stylish, and had a luxurious four poster bed. The location was perfect, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff treated us exceptionally well, with champagne on arrival, birthday treats for my wife, and personalized recommendations from the concierge. We felt like VIPs throughout our stay.

More variety in the breakfast items would have been great.

Unfortunately, my stay was too short to fully explore all that Mercer Hotel has to offer.

As backpackers, we loved the proximity to restaurants, bars, and city attractions within walking distance. The hotel's location in a quiet area of the Gothic neighborhood created a charming and serene environment. The large room with a comfortable bed and fantastic A/C made for a perfect place to sleep off jet lag. The rooftop pool area was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel's retrofitted design from a Roman fortress added character, and the black-out blinds were a plus. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, especially the concierge who assisted us with dinner plans. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Celebrating New Year at this boutique hotel was an absolute delight! the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. They provided excellent suggestions for sightseeing, and their helpfulness was truly appreciated. the rooftop sundeck was a highlight, offering comfortable lounges to relax on after a busy day exploring the city. We also enjoyed the convenience of being located in the heart of Barcelona's charming Gothic Quarter, with its quaint shops and cozy cafés just steps away. Additionally, the hotel's historical ambiance, blended seamlessly with modern amenities, created a unique and peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel facilities were beautiful, with a roof terrace and small pool. The location was perfect, close to the main street but tucked away behind an ancient wall. I loved being in the Gothic quarter and being able to explore the area on foot.

Excellent finishes & furniture. The F&B team is excellent, and the breakfast is superb, no need for the buffet table. Location is unique and beautiful, with charming streets, shops, bars, and restaurants in the Gothic Quarter.

We loved the hotel's location in the Gothic Quarter, tucked away from the bustling streets. It was situated in a small alley in the middle of the gothic area, allowing us to easily walk to museums, the waterfront, superb restaurants. Additionally, we were able to embark on architectural excursions from this central location.
