Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, amazing tapas restaurant, delightful rooftop bar with great cocktails.

Nothing, all excellent.

We got amazing value for our money at this stylish boutique hotel. The room was spacious, stylish, and had a luxurious four poster bed. The location was perfect, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff treated us exceptionally well, with champagne on arrival, birthday treats for my wife, and personalized recommendations from the concierge. We felt like VIPs throughout our stay.

More variety in the breakfast items would have been great.

The value for money at Mercer Hotel is excellent. The room was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed the complimentary mini bar. The location in the cool Gothic area is perfect for exploring on foot, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with more affordable options.

Value for money was exceptional with a room that exceeded my expectations - spacious, elegant, and spotlessly clean. The location in the picturesque Gothic district was perfect, and the staff treated me like royalty throughout my stay.

Breakfast delights, but having to request cereals and pastries from staff instead of self-service was a bit odd.

The room had a unique and charming character, and the location was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and the cleaning work was impeccable. The hotel even prepared a small welcome cake and wine, which was a lovely touch. If you're looking for a wonderful holiday experience, I highly recommend choosing this hotel. Unfortunately, my stay was too short to fully explore all that Mercer Hotel has to offer.

Located in a trendy gothic area, walkable to attractions. Extremely friendly staff, great service, and cozy atmosphere. Many fabulous restaurants and shops nearby. Complimentary mini bar.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive and provided the best service I've ever experienced. The room was cozy and had a nice design. The hotel facilities were beautiful, with a roof terrace and small pool. The location was perfect, close to the main street but tucked away behind an ancient wall. I loved being in the Gothic quarter and being able to explore the area on foot.

It was all superb.

We loved the hotel's location in the Gothic Quarter, tucked away from the bustling streets. It was situated in a small alley in the middle of the gothic area, allowing us to easily walk to museums, the waterfront, superb restaurants. Additionally, we were able to embark on architectural excursions from this central location.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Great historic hotel in an excellent location. Beautifully furnished rooms with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Fantastic service from friendly staff. Delicious breakfast served in a lovely courtyard setting. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The rooftop cocktail bar and pool were a great way to relax after a busy day sightseeing. The food in the main restaurant, tapas bar, and breakfast was excellent.

The location within the old city was perfect for exploring the charming streets filled with shops and restaurants. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was great and they were able to cater to my dietary needs.

It was also disappointing that the bathroom did not have a bathtub or bidet.
