Spacious unit with great river views!

excellent ground floor view, convenient access without key, functional bathroom with limited counter space

The mini-fridge was a letdown with leaks, and let’s not even start on the subpar internet signal!!! The sliding door's inability to lock properly raised concerns for safety. Invest in some new bathroom fixtures!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Bend Riverside Condos! The ground-floor studio offered fantastic views of the river, and it was just a short walk to downtown. The kitchen had everything I needed for meals, and I loved relaxing in the cozy seating area after a long day out. The private bathroom was well equipped, and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. Plus, free Wi-Fi kept me connected throughout my stay.

The floors could have used a better clean.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious one-bedroom suite with a fantastic river view. The proximity to downtown and nearby parks made exploring a breeze, and the quiet surroundings allowed for relaxation.

Unfortunately, the furniture felt a bit dated, and the hallway had an odd smell. There were minor issues with the air conditioning and some cleanliness that could be improved, but still manageable.

The view from the apartment was stunning, especially with the river right there. The size was awesome—like seriously, a one-bedroom with two bathrooms, what a score! The Murphy bed was comfy too. I did have a hiccup finding the place late at night. the signage wasn’t great, but a quick call got me sorted with directions. Little soaps in the bathroom were a nice touch! The size and cleanliness made up for any small annoyances.

The river views were just beautiful and real nice for walkin’. Had a cozy little kitchenette with fun dishes, which was a pleasant surprise. Kids loved the comfy sofa bed. The grounds were well-kept, and I tell ya, that water pressure in the shower was incredible. Only wish the laundry was easier to get to. steep hills ain't easy on the legs!

So close to the Tower Theater and River's Edge Golf Course. Walking distance to great breweries and nightlife! Super convenient. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. I definitely recommend it for your next trip!
