Chur! The staff were choice and super friendly, but the breakfast options could have been way better. Sweet as comfy room, though!

The staff at the front desk were cheerful and welcoming, even at night when I got in late! They provided great info about breakfast and check out times, which is always a plus.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The entire floor smelled terrible and the decor felt outdated, which contributed to an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast options were severely lacking, with food that seemed old and dried out, not at all what I expected from a reputable hotel.

during my stay, I appreciated the comfortable beds and great breakfast options, and the hotel was conveniently close to some lovely parks like Roosevelt Park, where I enjoyed a peaceful stroll, as well as the Maxwell Museum of Anthropology that offered fascinating insights into the local culture.

also, the pool was a chaotic mess, and NO ONE helped rectify the children's antics! I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. Would it kill them to pamper a guest?

The suite was spacious for our group with perfect sleep quality provided by the comfortable queen beds. We enjoyed the hefty breakfast spread each morning. Don't forget to book the shuttle in advance to ensure smooth airport transfers! Overall, a fantastic stay!
