We stayed in the Nantucket room and instantly felt like sea captains with the four-poster bed and warm comforters. The down east style of a Maine seaport town made us feel like we were on a real adventure. The nearby Bailey Island had the best lobster we've ever had on the coast. Our hosts were friendly and gave great suggestions about the local area. the room was cozy with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and ample storage. the sitting room with TV and library was a nice touch. the breakfast was fabulous, with homemade granola, bread pudding, and a delicious main course. the location was perfect, just a short walk to town.

The deluxe room with the four poster bed was noisy, making it difficult for light sleepers.
