I recently stayed at Bernina for two nights and had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Milano Centrale Station and metro lines, making it ideal for inter-railers. The day and night receptionists were incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms were clean, with a private bathroom, great AC, and comfy beds. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good.

We stayed during New Year's and enjoyed the complimentary champagne and snacks provided by the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and convenient to many attractions. The breakfast had plenty of options and the coffee was delicious.

Lovely courtyard to work or relax, breakfast room turns into a cozy spot, warm hospitality, stop for City Sightseeing in front of the hotel, short walk to Via Torriani.

Receptionist only gave me the key and wifi password, didn't even tell me where the lift is. Lift is slow and small.

The location is mind-blowing, with the central train station and metro station just steps away. It's SUPER convenient for those with large luggage. The hotel is modern, clean, and welcoming, while the breakfast is jaw-droppingly delicious. The staff is friendly and the facilities, like the flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and 24-hour reception, are top-notch. a truly satisfying stay!
