Great staff and amenities. Overpriced pet fees and noisy rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel – it was super close to everything and in a great location. The room and bathroom were great, with access to free laundry facilities. The staff was wonderful and kind, offering great service. The gym was clean and well-maintained and the rooftop had stunning views.

There was some noise from passing trains that could be disruptive at times.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the spacious and accommodating rooms with a fully equipped kitchen. The staff was professional and caring at every turn, providing excellent service. The yoga classes and stocked market with classy wines and finger foods were a bonus.

Felt very lucky to have found this hidden gem. Nothing to complain about!

the highlight was definitely the kitchen and private balcony, where we could cook meals and enjoy some music on the guitar. the rooftop access was also a great feature, perfect for relaxing during the day or night. the staff were friendly and the place was clean and comfortable. the hotel is located in a vibrant neighborhood with cool bars and local people, away from the tourist crowds. Despite the 35-minute walk to downtown, we didn't mind because the hotel and surrounding bars made up for it.

Nothing could have been better.

The room had a modern and contemporary design, perfect for a long trip in the US. the common kitchen with laundry facilities was a great addition and the breakfast served was delicious. Another plus was the option of parking the car on the premises. Staff were also accommodating, making sure accessibility needs were met.

The hotel was located in a rather remote area, making a car or public transport necessary to get to the city center. there were instances of non-disabled individuals parking in designated disabled spots, making it difficult for those who needed them to park conveniently.

We had the best time at this venue - everything was perfect! The location was super convenient as we were close to downtown and just a quick Uber ride away. And the room itself was amazing - spacious, clean, and had everything we needed.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I loved the layout of my premium studio apartment with a balcony and a washer and dryer. The staff was friendly and the 24-hour bodega was a nice touch. The kitchen was well equipped and the natural lighting was amazing. Although the location was not ideal, the hotel made up for it with its amenities. I would recommend staying here.

Secure entry requires a room key for elevator, stair, and side door access. Comfortable memory foam beds and yoga mats available in the rooms. Friendly and professional staff, though some were lacking knowledge.
