We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a store conveniently located across the street. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to keep the snow cleared. The suite was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size stove and fridge. The bedroom and washroom were both a good size.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the facilities were excellent. The pool was big and always open, perfect for swimming. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, with a beautiful view of trees and a stream.

As avid trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the large and well-appointed suite at Berkshire Mountain Lodge. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The addition of a full kitchen was a bonus, perfect for longer stays or small families. The value for the price was truly exceptional.

I loved my stay at the lodge. The central location made it easy to explore the beautiful Berkshire area. The room was spacious with a sofa bed and kitchenette, perfect for families with kids. The on-site laundry room and nearby Stop and Shop were convenient. The pool was a hit with the kids, especially on rainy days. The staff were friendly and the facilities were excellent.

Great location , centrally located and convenient to many towns and attractions in the area. Close to museums, shops, and beautiful towns.

Limited amenities , the hotel lacked some of the amenities and activities typically found in a resort. There was no continental breakfast provided and the activities offered were limited, including outdated movies being shown every night.

For breakfast, it would be great to have more variety and options available.

The resort was simple, modern, and clean, making for a pleasant stay. the spacious bedrooms and main rooms were a great feature. Additionally, the friendly staff provided prompt responses and accommodated every request. the location of the resort was also a highlight, being close to many activities and conveniently located near a large supermarket.

One downside was the lack of a restaurant or bar on the premises. It would have been convenient to have dining options within the resort.
