stayed at best western in annapolis before, but this visit was even better! breakfast was amazing, with eggs and ham. staff was so friendly, even got me yogurt when i was late. bed and lights were fine for the price, room ready at promised time. great location too!

The location of the hotel was great, with shopping areas and restaurants nearby. It was convenient to have everything within walking distance. The free breakfast provided was a nice bonus, and it was good to have that option without having to go out and find breakfast elsewhere. Additionally, the hotel was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay overall.

One of the downsides was the noise from the adjacent highway, as it was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep at night. It would have been helpful to have some sound barriers in place to minimize the noise.

Good value for money. Friendly staff, even the Manager was nice. Convenient location near downtown and the night clerk gave excellent restaurant recommendations. Nice view of the car from room windows and staff goes above and beyond with customer service.

This hotel was quite close to everything, from a mall which had several good restaurants to the motorway. It was in a good location, but the environment was overpriced. The bathroom was a decent size, but the room was small. The service was okay, but not unforgettable. The breakfast was average, with nothing standout offered. There weren't any great views, but a few parts were quite scenic. The facilities, such as the fitness center and pool, were decent enough.

The cleanliness of the hotel was poor.

I really appreciated that Best Western had an option for smoking rooms. It's nice to have that choice. Additionally, the convenience of parking close to the hotel room made unloading and loading our belongings a breeze. The check-in process was smooth, and the man assisting us was informative and respectful. Despite the scorching 95-degree weather, the air conditioning in our room worked great. The breakfast setup was impressive, with individually wrapped cups and food items for hygiene, and I loved that the pancake machine and cutlery dispenser were touch-free. The variety of hot food options was also a pleasant surprise. The bathtub was spacious enough to actually take a bath, and the nearby restaurant at the hotel next door was a convenient dining option. The pool was large and well-maintained, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. While the two double beds were okay, the sofa bed and rollaway were not comfortable, but fortunately, our grandsons didn't mind.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The room had cool lamps with power sockets, and everything was in perfect working order. We had a comfortable and quiet night's sleep. The breakfast options were great, with a wide variety of drinks available. The staff was helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to take teas and half n halfs from the breakfast area.

For the price, I got excellent value - a bright and clean room with one of the most comfortable beds ever. The location was easy to find and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Annapolis for a few nights on a business trip. The staff at check-in was friendly and efficient, and the parking was ample and well-maintained. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, a working TV, reliable wi-fi, a refrigerator, and a microwave. I particularly enjoyed the fact that I could see my car from my window. The newly renovated bathroom with new fixtures was clean and modern, and the brand new mattresses and laminate flooring were a great improvement.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. This place is located in a really nice area of town, close to many local shopping areas. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that it was not far from the festival at Sandy point. I even walked to the Annapolis Town shopping center from here. The service was great and the room amenities were top-notch. I particularly liked the in-room safe, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The continental breakfast was also a highlight of my stay.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area.
