I recently stayed at Best Western in National City for a few nights for business. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. The rooms were large, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The pool and hot tub were a lot of fun, and the free coffee station in the morning was convenient. I also enjoyed the 15% off discount at the restaurant next door when showing my hotel key card.

Located conveniently close to a tram station granting easy access to San Diego downtown in 15 minutes. The hotel is outside of an industrial area and close to a nice restaurant. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The pool area is clean, and towels are readily available.

The train tracks next to the hotel lead trains to sound their horns in the middle of the night, which could interrupt one's sleep.

We had a nice weekend stay and enjoyed the complementary shampoo and body lotion. the hotel was conveniently located next to the freeway and there was plenty of parking available. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and ample lighting.

The bathtub would fill up with water during the shower and there was a lot of noise in the hallways after 10 P.M. housekeeping was disorganized and began knocking on our door at 9 A.M., even though check-out was at 12noon.
