Our stay at the Best Western was great! We were pleasantly surprised to find a grab-and-go breakfast available, which made our mornings so much easier. The room was clean and cozy, and we appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our experience a pleasure. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the newly renovated rooms were well insulated for sound and temperature comfort. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with large swimming pools, a hot tub, and spacious pool seating. The breakfast provided was abundant and delicious, and the seating area was great. The location of the hotel was perfect, right off I-70 and close to everything in the city. We also appreciated the convenience of the pet area to sit and the transportation options available, including the amusement park cable cars.

During our stay, we had some issues that dampened our experience. the bed was extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Glenwood Springs for a few days, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The staff was friendly, the location couldn't have been better, and the pool area was fantastic with ample seating. I loved sitting around the fire pits in the evenings when it got a bit chilly. Additionally, the renovated bathrooms with step-in showers were a nice touch. The hotel grounds were beautiful and had great amenities like ice room, laundry facilities, and a play area for kids. I had a fantastic time at this hotel for our 1 year anniversary! The location was perfect, with major attractions within walking distance. We enjoyed exploring the adventure park and indulging in delicious Mexican food at Tequilas Co tails, just a stone's throw away. Plus, there were convenient amenities nearby like a gas station and fast food options. The hotel itself had a lovely modern cabin aesthetic and was impeccably clean. We loved the variety of activities available, from volleyball and tennis to outdoor bonfires and a pool for the whole family to enjoy. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, and our room was spotless. we had a great experience and will definitely be back for another stay at this hotel.

The hotel didn't have any rooms on the ground floor, which was inconvenient for me as a handicapped guest. I had informed them about my condition prior to my arrival, but they weren't able to accommodate my request for a room by the pool.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown, the Hot Springs pool, Vapor caves, river walking trail and Adventure park gondolas. The indoor hot tub was a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed relaxing by the gas fire pits in the evenings. The staff were super nice and accommodating, and the free breakfast till 9:30am was a great start to the day.
