The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient, near the highway and shops, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff at Embassy Suites were amazing, very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile.

We absolutely loved this hotel! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel completely comfortable. The staff at the reception desk were amazing and very helpful, ensuring that we had all the information we needed for our stay. The room itself was spacious and beautifully furnished, with fresh carpet, paint, and furnishings. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, allowing us to get a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in our room, as well as the ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the main highways and close proximity to all the NYE events, the cruise terminal, and the downtown area. It made our stay here even more convenient and enjoyable.

During my recent stay at Embassy Suites, I had a truly exceptional experience that I must share. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and friendly desk clerk who went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. They even took the initiative to personally escort me to the elevator, which made me feel like a valued guest right from the start.

Comfy and clean rooms, cool upon arrival. Nice pool. Great breakfast with friendly staff. Dinner was good with prompt delivery and follow-up call.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the sheets felt like sleeping on clouds. The complimentary hot breakfast on the property was a major plus, saving us time and effort in the mornings. The large televisions in the rooms were a great addition, and the free drink vouchers provided a nice touch. The convenient location near the highway and Dave n Busters made it even better.

When we arrived late for breakfast, they went above and beyond to ensure we were still able to enjoy a delicious omelette. They even opened closed areas of the hotel to accommodate us. The positive attitudes and willingness to assist truly represented the quality of the hotel. Additionally, the front desk staff was equally supportive and resolved a mix-up with our reservations made through a third-party provider. From start to finish, we received excellent service and care. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking exceptional service.
