Entirely satisfied

i had a great stay at best western! the staff was super friendly and welcoming. the complimentary breakfast was amazing, especially the sausage gravy and biscuits. my boys loved the indoor heated pool, which was nice after a long drive. the location is also convenient for our next weekend plans.

would recommend a freshening up in some areas.

The Best Western Braddock Inn had clean rooms and a good breakfast. However, there were issues with room availability and odors in one of our rooms. While our suite met expectations, the lack of attention to cleanliness in other rooms and the pool being out of service were disappointing. Great for those needing basic accommodations but could improve overall service.

Wi-Fi was reliable. Room had a flat-screen TV. Bar area was nice. Hot tub was out of order.

super close to all the restaurants around La Vale, MD, really convenient. breakfast was a real treat too, they had some tasty stuff! staff were friendly and super helpful.

I had a two-night stay and liked the indoor pool and hot tub. Our room was decent, and the beds were comfy enough. Just wish the bathroom was a bit bigger—felt like a tight squeeze. Paul by the pool made it fun and welcoming. Breakfast was good, with hot options too! Location was super convenient. No major complaints, just minor quirks.

A Friendly Stay with Great Service!

I had an unexpectedly pleasant experience during my one-night stay. Angel at the front desk was incredibly helpful, quickly accommodating my room change request. I enjoyed the nearby restaurant options and appreciated the cleanliness of my room.

the grounds are beautifully landscaped and quiet despite nearby roads. the a/c unit didn't cool effectively.

The room had a new split unit A/C that kept me cool. plus, the upholstered chair was perfect for reading. Lots of restaurants within a short distance. great for travelers like me!

I really enjoyed my clean and comfy room while bonding with the awesome staff who felt like family. The sauna and sun terrace provided perfect spots to relax after a long day. While the carpets looked a bit dated, it didn’t overshadow my great experience overall. 😊
