After reserving a deluxe king room, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite. Even though the previous guest hadn't checked out, the staff ensured we had a clean queen room with a full-sized bed. the comfortable stay made up for the initial mix-up. Overall, a pleasant experience worth recommending.

Convenient location near interstate with plenty of dining options. Indoor pool and hot tub were a nice touch. Comfortable beds and helpful staff. Close to downtown Frostburg and Cumberland for exploring. Enjoyed the sauna in the gym after a day of hiking.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was amazing with sausage gravy and biscuits. the coffee and waffles were great, and my boys loved the pool. the location was convenient, and the parking was ample. We also appreciated having access to a sauna and tanning bed, which were very clean and well-maintained.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, with some dirty spots on the bed, cover, and other surfaces. the room had a moldy smell and makeup stains on the sheets.

I stayed for a night at Best Western. the location was fantastic with various dining options nearby. the staff, especially Paul at the pool, were excellent. the indoor pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. I appreciated the availability of smoking rooms and the pool and jacuzzi open late.
