The staff at check-in was very sweet and helpful.

The rooms had mold and the bathroom towels were dirty. I could hear everything from the hallway and upstairs.

This hotel is perfectly situated near convenient locations, including a nearby stadium and the airport. The friendly staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort, providing bottled water while I waited for my room. The bathroom was modern and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The restaurant had plenty of delicious options for breakfast, and the vending machines had everything I needed.

Although my stay was near-perfect, there was a minor issue with noise from other guests.

The room we had at the Greentree Hotel was surprisingly spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and we had a restful night's sleep. This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location near Cardinal stadium was perfect for attending games and events. Additionally, being close to the check-in area made the arrival process smooth and hassle-free. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service and attention to detail, ensuring that all of my needs were taken care of. Lastly, the rooms with 2 beds were spacious and comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

My room at Greentree Hotel was spacious and clean. The balcony was a great spot to relax. The staff was professional and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for my next visit to Phoenix.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The pool area was lovely, and the staff, especially Maite and Charise, were amazing. They treated me with so much respect and made me feel at home. The housekeepers did an excellent job keeping my room clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was beautiful and made me feel very safe. The location was great, right next to the freeway, making it convenient for stopover trips to San Diego for a sales rep like me. The on-site restaurant was also a plus, and the bartender was friendly and accommodating. The beds were a bit high, but once I got in, they were incredibly comfortable. The wifi was excellent too, allowing me to answer emails and stream shows without any buffering.

Rooms were not soundproof, could hear neighbors, freeway noise, and colorful characters. Unclean bed sheets with hairs and smudges, thin walls allowing baby crying and attempted break, in.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and enjoyment during my stay. The location of the hotel is convenient to the airport and close to the check-in area. The cleanliness of the hotel, both inside and outside, was top-notch. The housekeepers were also nice and polite.
