Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The staff was friendly, answering our questions and providing excellent customer service. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very cozy. We enjoyed the hot and delicious breakfast with a wide selection of options. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and provided a great way to relax. We also appreciated being able to see our car from our window, and the hotel's close proximity to town.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional. They were patient and helpful, explaining how my loyalty points worked and answering all of my questions. Additionally, they went above and beyond when my car had a dead battery, jump, starting it with their own personal vehicle. the service provided by the staff truly exceeded my expectations.

One negative aspect was that the walls seemed to be thin, as I could hear noise from other guests in my room. Additionally, the location of my room near the lobby and pool made it busy and noisy at times.

My recent stay at the Best Western was fantastic. The hotel had a great indoor pool with a Jacuzzi, as well as a lovely outdoor pool and sunbathing area. The breakfasts were by far the best of my entire trip, with a wide variety of choices. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, and nothing seemed to phase them. The rooms were spacious with good facilities, and I appreciated having fresh coffee and hot water available at all times. Additionally, it was a short walk to a great pub with delicious food.

Spacious rooms with convenient amenities like a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and sink. Clean and quiet with friendly staff. Easy access from the interstate. Impressed with the continental breakfast and enjoyed the pool area. Will definitely consider staying again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were huge and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and modern. The hotel facilities, including the pool and hot tub, were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options including three preparations of eggs, fresh fruit, and a great selection of yogurt with nuts and fruit to mix in. The staff was always very nice and accommodating. The hotel's location close to the area we needed to be close to was very convenient. We also enjoyed being near a decent pub with great food and not far from downtown.

Just a minor suggestion for improvement: Some guests in the rooms above us were quite loud walkers, and the floors and ceilings could be more soundproofed.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Best Western in Concord. The hotel is conveniently located near highways and downtown, making it easy to get around. The early check-in was a great convenience for us, and the room we received exceeded our expectations. With two comfortable queen beds, a large TV, and a nice bathroom, we felt right at home. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options that suited our tastes. The small heated pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. We will definitely be returning to this hotel for future stays. we highly recommend it.

The free breakfast and happy hour were the only good things about this place. the location was convenient since it was close to the hospital where we had to go. We enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service that took us there and back.

This hotel ruined our Thanksgiving trip. the room was incredibly loud due to the highway.

Stayed at Best Western for a week and loved it. The breakfast was great and I only wish it ran later. The cleanliness was top-notch and the staff was friendly and hospitable. The décor was pleasing and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchenette in the room was a great bonus. The pool hours were fantastic, especially for my son. Definitely worth the money!
